Privacy notice

Park and Rent (2220 Vecsés, Szállító utca, ugyfelszolgalat@parkandrent.hu, +36 70 563 3388) processes the personal data you enter on the website in order to complete your booking and answer your enquiry.

What data do we ask for?

For a booking we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and the entry and exit times. If you provide them, we also store the number plate, a note and any request for extra services. For a message we ask for your name, email address, the message, and an optional phone number.

What do we use it for?

We use the data to provide the parking space, calculate the fee, send the confirmation, arrange the transfer and answer enquiries. We send a confirmation to your email address. We do not sell the data, and we do not use it for our own newsletter without your consent.

How long do we keep it?

We keep booking data after the parking ends for as long as accounting and possible complaint duties require, then we delete or anonymise it. Enquiry messages are kept until the reply is closed, and for no more than one year.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to the processing. Send the request to ugyfelszolgalat@parkandrent.hu. You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
